As the dust settles on 2020, new research from Deloitte highlights the key characteristics that helped leading organisations weather the storm.
One of the main findings of Deloitte’s 2021 Resilience Report is that businesses that already had mature disaster preparedness plans pivoted far faster in response to the COVID crisis.
However, a good plan is worth little if you’re unable to put it into motion. Crucially, the report also finds a clear link between businesses that used technology to tear down collaboration roadblocks and those that reported commercial success despite the pandemic.
